I hired Minuteman Services LLC to install a new A/C unit, upgrade my old worn-out furnace and upgrade the meter main panel to code. Their estimate was fair and accurate. They handled all the legwork to get the permits for the city and handled all the inspections which passed on the first time. They were very helpful in walking me through the process before the job started, the progress that was being made each day, and walked me through all of the new equipment and regular maintenance such as changing out air filters when the job was completed. They were professional and quick I highly recommend this company for any electrical or HVAC repairs additions or replacements. Very transparent, up front, and honest.

I found Minuteman through one of their ads on Facebook. Our furnace had worsening problems for years, and it got to the point where it wouldn’t work at all. We’d had several of the popular and high-rated local companies come to service our furnace, and every single one said it was no good anymore and that we needed to spend several thousand dollars to get it completely replaced– except Jarrod at Minuteman! Jarrod put in the effort to learn about our unique furnace and service it properly. He said he wanted to do all he could to help our furnace last years to come instead of just selling us a new one. He ended up saving us over $5,000 and repairing our furnace for a very reasonable price.
