Had Minute Man work on an issue with my smoke detectors. Shayne Baldwin did the work and he was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Would hire them again no worries and highly recommend Shayne and Minute Man. Arrived promptly and fees were reasonable. Also used them for some HVAC work last summer and same experience. Definitely would call them again if needed.

My furnace wouldn't fire up. I called Minutemen Services and Jordan was there within an hour. I was surprised at how fast they responded. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had it fixed and running within a half hour. He provided the assurance things were running well now. What a relief it is knowing that. I would recommend Minutemen Services and especially Jordan to everyone. Excellent service!

They hooked up us and got things fixed. They also provided some emergency space heaters to get through the night.

Having my furnace and multiple rooms shut off completely in the height of winter isn't great, I've used Minuteman before, but this was urgent. They got me on schedule same day! The technician was incredible. He diagnosed my electrical panel, replaced it at a fair price, and was back to being toasty in no time! Best electricians in Idaho Falls!

Minuteman relocated the air outlet for our dryer vent, and the experience was excellent. They worked quickly and delivered great results. Jordan, our technician, was friendly, helpful, and really attentive to the details.

Jordan, came and saved the day. Our furnace humidifier decided to wet itself and stop working. Jordan came out quick to diagnose the issue and came the next day to fix it. They are always great to work with anytime an unwanted surprise happens or an upgrade is needed.

Our rental unit had its furnace fail (it was an old furnace). The team at minuteman was very responsive and was able to immediately go troubleshoot. We elected to have a couple other updates installed while they were working. Their work was great with great pricing compared to competitors. I would highly recommend them and they will be my go-to first call for any heating/cooling needs.

This company was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I first had Ted come over to look at the work I needed done. He was very knowledgeable and professional! Matthew came over to complete four various electrical projects around the house. He added an RV outlet, replaced the doorbell, changed out light switches, and added a new outlet in my basement. He even kindly helped with an additional outlet problem on the spot that I forgot to initially mention. Each area he went to in my home was greatly cared for and he left it spotless. I asked for two business cards to tape to my breaker boxes. If I ever need help in the future, I will happily have them back! Thank you so much Ted and Matthew!

The young lady I talked to this morning was very helpful and took care of me quickly. The whole crew at MinuteMan has been great to work with. Everyone from estimating, install, service calls and billing. I've had them do an upgrade to a heat pump and new furnace as well as a propane heater and 50 amp plugs in the garage. I'm looking forward to having them do work for me in the future.

Excellent service, replied to texts on a weekend night with advice and a few things to try before coming out and fixing the issue! Travis indicated that it could be symptomatic of a failing heat exchanger, which was correct. We ended up having them come and replace the furnace 6mo later, working great! Price was as quoted and competitive with the others.

Shayne did a ton of work on our existing home. Things that needed fixed for years and splitting off a breaker box for a backup generator. Very happy with his work and was a great person to chat with as well! Minuteman will definitely be our first call for any other electrical needs.

My furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving Eve and they answered my call requeat immediately and had my furnace fixed that day. We had a full HVAC system replacement. Jason and the guys were great. We were trying to integrate the system with a 55 year old venting system that ended up causing problems and failing inspection, but the team solved the problem with a great solution. In all the team was great to work with

Jordan was awesome. He gave our furnace an annual check up, tuned up what needed tuned and left us ready for winter. Very happy I called Minute Man… excellent service and work.

After an inspection on our home during the selling process, we needed a quick maintenance job on our furnace. They were able to fit us into their schedule to accommodate our deadline. Travis was the technician that came out and he was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that he was timely and called to let me know he was headed my way. Job was completed and I was charged a fair and reasonable price. Very pleased with Minuteman and would recommend to anyone.

Jordan did a great job repairing my furnace. Left two space heaters while waiting for the control board to arrive, when the part arrived he had it installed and had the furnace up and running in 20 minutes. Will use minuteman services for all future repairs.

We had issues with one of the lights in our office building. I googled places to repair them, and was impressed with the reviews this company had. They were scheduled to come give us a quote on a Wednesday and to our surprise the light was fixed before they were scheduled to come take a look. The repair was done quickly and I was impressed with everyone in the company. So happy with the repair that was Made!

My furnace is getting old and had some issues this year. Minuteman has done maintenance for me since we bought our home. Contacted Jarrod and he sent Jordan out to check things out. They said they could fix it if they needed to, and would recommend to repair it over a replacement, but my preference was just fix it once and for all and get a new one. They gave me a quote including about $6,000 in optional upgrades. After speaking to them, they helped me decide that only a small upgrade of $800 was the best choice for me and my family and my home. I am willing to pay top dollar for the best system available, but they said that a lower price system was actually better for me in my situation. These guys are honest to a fault and absolutely the best at what they do.

I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Minuteman Services LLC - While my mother was getting her yearly checkup/service on her furnace, she mentioned an issue she was having with her main power connection to her house to the service tech Jordan. Jordan immediately recognized the danger as last winter's ice had completely disconnected ground and also left the main power dangling by a thread. Minuteman Services LLC not only recognized the issue, but got it taken care of both quickly (and correctly) making my Mom's house safe again - and at an ABSOLUTELLY unbeatable price. The honesty, empathy and compassion shown by this company is one that is SECOND to NONE!! I want to personally thank them for the superior job well done!! Great to work with and great on follow-up! I had limited time when I did the one-liner above and am now coming back to add more detail. Minuteman did a full HVAC replacement at our home. They did not suggest the full replacement, but I requested it due to the age of our system and the upgrades I wanted. The new system has more functionality with better efficiency and includes a humidifier and an electronic filter. The installers were very professional and respectful in our home. And Travis oversaw the entire process from start to finish including a follow-up software upgrade on our new thermostat. We could not be happier with our new system.

Had furnace serviced, plus Jordan repaired a gas stove in our basement, one that probably hadn't been running for some time. That took a lot of work, as it had a few problems, thus the reason it hadn't been used in quite a while. I had a mini split heating and a/c system installed. Travis, Trenton and Alisa were great! The system was installed, tested and running in just a day and a half. They were neat and careful and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them highly!
