I had had some dealings with another company that I felt were fraudulent and was at my wits end with the mini split system I had. I felt I needed to work with a reputable company to help me fix the issues and have a plan going forward with the system. Jordan explained to me what he found and Put together a plan going forward with my existing system. I am very grateful to Jordan and MinuteMan for hearing my issues and making me feel like I can trust the company and their technicians going forward.. Thank you so much.

The guys at Minuetman went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my A/C issue. Even though they did not install our 4 year old system, the tech, Jordan contacted the company to check the status of possible warranty coverage. Travis called a couple of hours later and offered to have a tech drop off a window unit until we could get it all sorted out. That's the way to do business. I'll be recommending them to everyone.

We are so thankful for Minute Man services to have found a replacement coil for the AC so we didn’t have to buy a whole new unit yet. Trevor came out quickly after we called asking for a second opinion. He was able to find the leak and helped map out the options we had. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I never felt pressure with choosing what option we were given to fix the unit. I was also impress with Jasmine in the office.

My old Air conditioner needed replacement and Minuteman has the lowest quote and I received a timely install. They were great with communication and would recommend. Already requested seasonal maintenance to keep it running as my old Rheem was only 5 years old and it would have cost more to fix it, than buy new.

Our tech Jordan was absolutely amazing. He was professional and well spoken. He was able to diagnose our furnace very quickly and had it fixed with in 20 minutes. We are very grateful to have heat again. I would recommend them and Jordan for all your HVAC needs.

Amazingly quick service. They did everything they could to try and salvage our old AC and when it wasn't fixable they got us on the schedule to have a new one installed the next day. The service technicians and installers were quick and efficient. Would highly recommend!

We had originally had the company Right Now come to check why our AC wasnt cooling. Couple hundred dollars later and hours of having a tech tell us "what could possibly be wrong" we still ended up with our AC not working. They quoted us over $5,000 worth of repairs. Not only did i not trust a tech who couldnt give me a direct answer as to what was wrong but that invoice isnt small. After speaking with a few people we were recommended to try Minuteman Electric and HVAC. Not only was it nice to support local but my entire experience with them was great! The girl i spoke to to schedule was very nice. She heard me vent about how awful the previous experience with Right Now was and was both professional and understanding. She scheduled for their technician Jordan to come out. He was very thorough, explained everything as he was working, and identified what was wrong. Turns out it was a much simpler fix than what I was told. Jordan did an amazing job and made this experience great! Im so glad we listened and went through this company. They fixed our AC issue and they were significantly more affordable than Right Now was. I would highly recommend them and highly suggest requesting Jordan if you are able to! 😊

Fast and efficient

Matt is highly knowledgeable, and thoroughly checked out the electrical problem that "we" were having. As Matt could not duplicate the problem, he still stayed longer to insure he hadn't missed anything, and left us with a secure electrical system. We highly recommend Minuteman Electric & HVAC and especially Matt. FYI - This is our first time using Minuteman Electric & HVAC, and if we have any future needs for electrical or HVAC we will definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with Minuteman services the where very professional every thing was done in a very timely manner with proficiency and accuracy everything works great and when they where done they cleaned everything up and went over all the operation of the unit and what they did to install a new furnace in our new addition of our shop. They also went over and above for us, as they where hear we had a problem with one of our old heaters they came up with a solution to the problem and got it fix as well in a very timely manner I would recommend Minuteman Services to anyone.

I had Shayne come out to do an inspection on a home I just bought and he was incredible! He took the time to go through all of my concerns and explained them in a way I could understand! Later, when I had a concern, I reached out and he was able to help answer some more of my questions. When we’re ready to do more electrical work, I will absolutely be getting Shayne scheduled!

They came out and traced a bunch of circuits and found issues we have been having that other electricians have missed or couldn’t figure out.

Called these guys this morning for a second opinion and they ended up coming out same day and finding the issue with my ac quickly, they fixed the problem right away and now my house is keeping cold and comfortable. The techs that came out were Jordan and Drace. Both of them were very professional and they were able to communicate the issue to me in simple terms that made sense. And they saved me a lot of money after the quote I recieved from a different company. Minuteman services will be my go to and recommendation from today forward.

Minuteman Service was excellent to work with. I had a total of five companies come out to give estimates on installing mini splits. I was highly impressed with Minuteman Service from the time they gave the estimate through the completion of the job. They were professional to work with. They explained things clearly to me before, during, and after the install. The workmen who were here worked quickly and were respectful to both me and my property. They gave me the option to paint some PVC pipes that would be on the outside of my house. They brought them to me ahead of time and gave me time to paint them before the project began. The final product looked excellent. I look forward to working with them in the future if I need further assistance with heating and air.

Minuteman Services handled a panel upgrade at my place in Idaho Falls that had been flagged during a home inspection I did before refinancing. The technician was knowledgeable, pulled the permit without me having to ask, and the inspector signed off on everything without a single correction. For something I had been putting off for over a year it ended up being a one day job that went completely smoothly from start to finish. Definitely 110% satisfied with this company.

I had a mini split heating and a/c system installed. Travis, Trenton and Alisa were great! The system was installed, tested and running in just a day and a half. They were neat and careful and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them highly!

I can't say enough good stuff about Minuteman Services. They were able to give me a quote for a complete A/C System install over my existing furnace in about 20 minutes. The price was great and the work is flawless. The people are awesome, really pleasant, and I think our basement was cleaner when they left than when they started. They removed the furnace, built new duct work, installed the A/C, pulled new power of the panel, installed the compressor, ran the lines, charged, cleaned, insulated, tested, the works all in two days. Excellent work, highly recommend!

Minuteman is the real deal..needed to upgrade my AC unit in preparation for the summer. The boys at Minuteman did a fantastic job installing a new heat pump for my family. If anyone ever has an HVAC problem over here in Idaho Falls definitely give them a call. Great customer service too.

I called Minuteman on aWednesday and they came out Friday to take a look at my AC. My AC has been struggling for awhile and needed an HVAC guy In Idaho Falls to look at my AC. They worked hard and they were able to fix my AC in house the same day. Never been happier

We needed to have a furnace looked at and repaired. We called in the morning and met the technician later on that morning. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Very professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use this business again and recommend them to others!

So many good things about this company! Quick response time, efficient , professional, and have gone above and beyond with super service. They installed a heat pump and mini splits throughout my home last summer. The install took two days and Jordan and Drace and the electricians were so respectful and quiet and cleaned up after themselves. This year I had the electricians install a bathroom exhaust fan with heat and a few other small projects around the house. Again, excellent work and great guys, particularly Shane and Matt. And I can’t forget Jazmyn in the office. She is so personable and takes care of business. Do not hesitate — Minuteman is the best.

Travis and his team communicated really well, were always on time and friendly. They even found a small leak in our crawl space, let me know and also were able to fix it. They worked within our budget to get our new furnace and AC installed. This is our second good experience with minuteman so deal with confidence!

About 8pm we noticed that the house was unusually cool so I went to my thermostat to check the temperature and realized that it wasnt the temp that we had it set to. So we called Minuteman services and they were here within the hour and diagnosed and fixed the issue. It was a very professional service and tech and we were extremely pleased in how they handled our emergency. Highly recommended!
