Called on a late Saturday and got an immediate response from Shane. He helped me trouble shoot and saved me big money, fixed our eletrical problem. Cannot say thank you enough!!!

Our furnace went out, and Travis and the team were able to quickly get over and give us an estimate on a repair and a replacement. (As a courtesy, they even have a lock box with space heaters if you need to get through a night or two without heat.) We ended up not only replacing the furnace, but adding central air as well. They were able to get it done in 2 days, and the system is super quiet and distributes the heat and A/C really nicely. They even added an outlet to the outside of the house, which is great because we didn't have any before! There was a small issue about where the furnace was venting out. We have an enclosed deck, and it was just venting out onto the deck. Despite not being in the bid, they routed the vent out to the side so that we wouldn't be breathing in any more exhaust/CO! However, it didn't look as clean as it could be the first time they did it, and we had some suggestions to make it look better that Travis fully supported and said that they would take care of (even though it was like an additional project in the first place). They redid it with a good attitude, and it looks really clean now! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Minuteman! Even got this nice red hoodie as an appreciation gift 😀

We had Minuteman retrofit our main ductwork to make the air distribution more efficient and eliminate "hot spots." The crew was professional and efficient. I'm very pleased with their work. I recommend them without reservation!

You guys were great. Best customer service I've had in a while always returned your calls and worked with you as far as financing and did a great job in a timely manner would 100% recommend them.

Minuteman lives up to their name! Called before they showed up, arrived on time and provided an same-day estimate for a furnace replacement. Again, called and showed up on time on the day of the replacement, and finished within the promised time. Talked through the operation/maintenance of the new unit and maintenance plans and made sure all questions were answered. ...and the price could not be beat (less than half of some others!) I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

My furnace went out while it was -5° outside and Minuteman was able to be there quickly and get it running fast! Other companies that have looked at my furnace in the past have said it’s past its life expectancy and that I need replace it, but Minuteman took the time to make repairs and explain proper maintenance to try to get more life out of my older furnace! They never once mentioned a replacement.

The employee who came to our home was so helpful and informative with each step of the process. The next day, employees came to install the new furnace and worked diligently and thoroughly. Our whole family in the area uses Minuteman Services! From electrical work to HVAC work. We just had them install two brand new heating systems on Dec 12 & 13th 2024. The AC systems will be installed in the spring. Very professional and willing to answer all my questions. We used Minuteman Services to do an annual service on the HVAC system in our office. They were very easy to work with and did a great job. Their fees were not exorbitant either! My main reason for replacing my old HVAC system is to save money on my high electrical bill. Minute Man Service did an outstanding job replacing my 20 year old HVAC system and replaced it with a more efficient HVAC system that includes a 2 stage a/c & thermostat. Jarrod Mount was the tech who removed the old system and installed the new system. Jarrod was also the person who came to my house and submitted the bid I could not reject because of the very reasonable price. I therefore give Minuteman Services my highest recommendation.

Ted and his crew came on time, established their plan of action, ran wiring through the crawlspace to exterior conduit and heat cables on the roof, ensured they left no trash or tracks in spite of the rain and carefully explained how to use the system before they left. They installed a cadet heater, sub panel, washer & dryer plugs as well as interior and exterior lights in our Shed. They even helped me choose the fixtures which I appreciated! During the last repair of our AC unit, we spoke with Minuteman about the eventual replacement of our AC unit. Unfortunately, that happened sooner rather than later (no fault of Minute Service) and they were able to give us an accurate quote, without having to come back, because they had taken some detailed notes and photos the previous service visit. They provided a fair and reasonable quote and even offered to help provide some temporary measures to ensure we had some relief from the hottest temps of the summer so far. They were able to finish in 3 days after projecting 4 days originally. They were very good to communicate alterations that were necessary and include us in the decision. Minuteman came out to replace our heaters, put in new ventilation fans, and install a heating/AC unit. They were very respectful, friendly, and even took time to play fetch with our dog. They were alway here when they said they would be, and called each time to let us know they were on their way. They took care to treat our home like their own. They took precautions to keep things clean, and left the floors and things as clean or cleaner than when they got here. Can not recommend them enough!!!
