They was out several months ago when our furnace kept overheating and again today when it decided not to work and have been able to fix it for us each time.

Minuteman Services handled a panel upgrade at my place in Idaho Falls that had been flagged during a home inspection I did before refinancing. The technician was knowledgeable, pulled the permit without me having to ask, and the inspector signed off on everything without a single correction. For something I had been putting off for over a year it ended up being a one day job that went completely smoothly from start to finish. Definitely 110% satisfied with this company.

I had a mini split heating and a/c system installed. Travis, Trenton and Alisa were great! The system was installed, tested and running in just a day and a half. They were neat and careful and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them highly!

I can't say enough good stuff about Minuteman Services. They were able to give me a quote for a complete A/C System install over my existing furnace in about 20 minutes. The price was great and the work is flawless. The people are awesome, really pleasant, and I think our basement was cleaner when they left than when they started. They removed the furnace, built new duct work, installed the A/C, pulled new power of the panel, installed the compressor, ran the lines, charged, cleaned, insulated, tested, the works all in two days. Excellent work, highly recommend!

Minuteman is the real deal..needed to upgrade my AC unit in preparation for the summer. The boys at Minuteman did a fantastic job installing a new heat pump for my family. If anyone ever has an HVAC problem over here in Idaho Falls definitely give them a call. Great customer service too.

I called Minuteman on aWednesday and they came out Friday to take a look at my AC. My AC has been struggling for awhile and needed an HVAC guy In Idaho Falls to look at my AC. They worked hard and they were able to fix my AC in house the same day. Never been happier

Good courteous prompt service

We needed to have a furnace looked at and repaired. We called in the morning and met the technician later on that morning. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Very professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use this business again and recommend them to others!

So many good things about this company! Quick response time, efficient , professional, and have gone above and beyond with super service. They installed a heat pump and mini splits throughout my home last summer. The install took two days and Jordan and Drace and the electricians were so respectful and quiet and cleaned up after themselves. This year I had the electricians install a bathroom exhaust fan with heat and a few other small projects around the house. Again, excellent work and great guys, particularly Shane and Matt. And I can’t forget Jazmyn in the office. She is so personable and takes care of business. Do not hesitate — Minuteman is the best.

Travis and his team communicated really well, were always on time and friendly. They even found a small leak in our crawl space, let me know and also were able to fix it. They worked within our budget to get our new furnace and AC installed. This is our second good experience with minuteman so deal with confidence!

About 8pm we noticed that the house was unusually cool so I went to my thermostat to check the temperature and realized that it wasnt the temp that we had it set to. So we called Minuteman services and they were here within the hour and diagnosed and fixed the issue. It was a very professional service and tech and we were extremely pleased in how they handled our emergency. Highly recommended!

Drace was magnificent. Most people just replace the board on our furnace he took the time to install a hood to prevent moisture getting to it so it will last longer. He definitely needs a raise 10/10

Thanks Travis! My furnace stopped working while my husband was out of town. I called Minuteman to see when they could come out. They scheduled me for that afternoon. A little while later, Travis called and he was close to me so he came over. He looked at the furnace and found my filter was filled with gunk and said I needed to replace it. Of course there was a new one near by and he replaced it for me. He didn't even charge me for his time. Again thanks Travis for helping me and not making me feel stupid. Minuteman will always be the one I call!

Had Minute Man work on an issue with my smoke detectors. Shayne Baldwin did the work and he was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Would hire them again no worries and highly recommend Shayne and Minute Man. Arrived promptly and fees were reasonable. Also used them for some HVAC work last summer and same experience. Definitely would call them again if needed.

My furnace wouldn't fire up. I called Minutemen Services and Jordan was there within an hour. I was surprised at how fast they responded. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had it fixed and running within a half hour. He provided the assurance things were running well now. What a relief it is knowing that. They hooked up us and got things fixed. They also provided some emergency space heaters to get through the night.

I was trying to troubleshoot my furnacemyself because we’re not able to budget in a service call right now. Jordan was amazing and walked me through what to do on the phone. Having my furnace and multiple rooms shut off completely in the height of winter isn't great, I've used Minuteman before, but this was urgent. They got me on schedule same day! The technician was incredible. He diagnosed my electrical panel, replaced it at a fair price, and was back to being toasty in no time! Best electricians in Idaho Falls!

Our rental unit had its furnace fail (it was an old furnace). The team at minuteman was very responsive and was able to immediately go troubleshoot. We elected to have a couple other updates installed while they were working. Their work was great with great pricing compared to competitors. This company was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I first had Ted come over to look at the work I needed done. He was very knowledgeable and professional! Matthew came over to complete four various electrical projects around the house. He added an RV outlet, replaced the doorbell, changed out light switches, and added a new outlet in my basement. He even kindly helped with an additional outlet problem on the spot that I forgot to initially mention. Each area he went to in my home was greatly cared for and he left it spotless. I asked for two business cards to tape to my breaker boxes. If I ever need help in the future, I will happily have them back! Thank you so much Ted and Matthew!

The whole crew at MinuteMan has been great to work with. Everyone from estimating, install, service calls and billing. I've had them do an upgrade to a heat pump and new furnace as well as a propane heater and 50 amp plugs in the garage. I'm looking forward to having them do work for me in the future.

Excellent service, replied to texts on a weekend night with advice and a few things to try before coming out and fixing the issue! Travis indicated that it could be symptomatic of a failing heat exchanger, which was correct. We ended up having them come and replace the furnace 6mo later, working great! Price was as quoted and competitive with the others.

Shayne did a ton of work on our existing home. Things that needed fixed for years and splitting off a breaker box for a backup generator. Very happy with his work and was a great person to chat with as well! Minuteman will definitely be our first call for any other electrical needs.

Minuteman is the only HVAC service I call. They are always trustworthy, great price, and come out quickly. My furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving Eve and they answered my call requeat immediately and had my furnace fixed that day. We had a full HVAC system replacement. Jason and the guys were great. We were trying to integrate the system with a 55 year old venting system that ended up causing problems and failing inspection, but the team solved the problem with a great solution. In all the team was great to work with
