My furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving Eve and they answered my call requeat immediately and had my furnace fixed that day. We had a full HVAC system replacement. Jason and the guys were great. We were trying to integrate the system with a 55 year old venting system that ended up causing problems and failing inspection, but the team solved the problem with a great solution. In all the team was great to work with

Jordan was awesome. He gave our furnace an annual check up, tuned up what needed tuned and left us ready for winter. Very happy I called Minute Man… excellent service and work.
After an inspection on our home during the selling process, we needed a quick maintenance job on our furnace. They were able to fit us into their schedule to accommodate our deadline. Travis was the technician that came out and he was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that he was timely and called to let me know he was headed my way. Job was completed and I was charged a fair and reasonable price. Very pleased with Minuteman and would recommend to anyone.
Jordan did a great job repairing my furnace. Left two space heaters while waiting for the control board to arrive, when the part arrived he had it installed and had the furnace up and running in 20 minutes. Will use minuteman services for all future repairs.

We had issues with one of the lights in our office building. I googled places to repair them, and was impressed with the reviews this company had. They were scheduled to come give us a quote on a Wednesday and to our surprise the light was fixed before they were scheduled to come take a look. The repair was done quickly and I was impressed with everyone in the company. So happy with the repair that was Made!
My furnace is getting old and had some issues this year. Minuteman has done maintenance for me since we bought our home. Contacted Jarrod and he sent Jordan out to check things out. They said they could fix it if they needed to, and would recommend to repair it over a replacement, but my preference was just fix it once and for all and get a new one. They gave me a quote including about $6,000 in optional upgrades. After speaking to them, they helped me decide that only a small upgrade of $800 was the best choice for me and my family and my home. I am willing to pay top dollar for the best system available, but they said that a lower price system was actually better for me in my situation. These guys are honest to a fault and absolutely the best at what they do.
I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Minuteman Services LLC - While my mother was getting her yearly checkup/service on her furnace, she mentioned an issue she was having with her main power connection to her house to the service tech Jordan. Jordan immediately recognized the danger as last winter's ice had completely disconnected ground and also left the main power dangling by a thread. Minuteman Services LLC not only recognized the issue, but got it taken care of both quickly (and correctly) making my Mom's house safe again - and at an ABSOLUTELLY unbeatable price. The honesty, empathy and compassion shown by this company is one that is SECOND to NONE!! I want to personally thank them for the superior job well done!! Great to work with and great on follow-up! I had limited time when I did the one-liner above and am now coming back to add more detail. Minuteman did a full HVAC replacement at our home. They did not suggest the full replacement, but I requested it due to the age of our system and the upgrades I wanted. The new system has more functionality with better efficiency and includes a humidifier and an electronic filter. The installers were very professional and respectful in our home. And Travis oversaw the entire process from start to finish including a follow-up software upgrade on our new thermostat. We could not be happier with our new system.

The full experience was exceptional from the beginning starting with them coming out to do an inspection on the furnace for us. They were honest with me letting me know that I could get a little more life out of it but that honesty sold me which led us to an install today. Had furnace serviced, plus Jordan repaired a gas stove in our basement, one that probably hadn't been running for some time. That took a lot of work, as it had a few problems, thus the reason it hadn't been used in quite a while. Jordan kept us informed as to his schedule and what was needed to get everything up and running. Thanks Jordan!

Minute Man Service installed some mini air conditioning and heating units for us in our addition. They were friendly and professional and performed the work quickly. They also made sure they protected our new carpet from getting dirty which I really appreciate. I would totally recommend them!

I was having an issue after hours on a Friday evening, and couldn't get anyone out til Monday, but we talked on the phone, and I was able to fix my problem with some " coaching" over the phone. I had a mini split heating and a/c system installed. Travis, Trenton and Alisa were great! The system was installed, tested and running in just a day and a half. They were neat and careful and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them highly!

Jordan did an amazing job. I got my gas line in record time, in my opinion, with very little sheet rock disturbance. He cleaned up as appropriate. I now have a fully functioning gas cooktop thanks to Jordan. 👍 Side note, Travis fixed a minor thermostat wiring issue, my bad, during consultation for the gas line, free of charge. Win win for me.
Such great customer support and service! Travis did an excellent job with the yearly maintenance of my heater. He found an issue the home inspector missed when I purchased this place and gave me several options on moving forward. Will continue to use this company for yearly maintenance and the new install of heat and air.

MinuteMan is always my go to for HVAC and Electrical work. We got a new AC unit and also moved it from beside our back porch to the side of the house. We got 4 bids to do this work. Only MinuteMan was honest about doing this work. We only have a one stage HVAC system. The other quotes ranged from $14,000 to $16,000. They were insistent that I needed two stage or variable stage units. MinuteMan noted that since our system was a single stage system, unless we were also going to replace our entire HVAC system, those other AC units would just run single stage anyways and thus be a complete waste of money. They also were much more knowledgeable about the code and requirements for running the new systems and avoided having to cut into walls and do very expensive work. I validated everything that they said and it was all legit. The AC system that we got was HALF the price of those other systems. The installation was professional and the crew was amazing. The bidding and communication was also amazing. We also had an in-wall dog door that I needed to install and their electrician installed it for us for a very minimal fee and did an amazing job! This wasn't part of the bid or work, they just did it while they were here and helped me out a TON! You really can't go wrong with MinuteMan. EDIT: Thank you to Jordan, Trevor, Matt, Shane, and Jace!
1st time commercial business customer. Called in after my business AC unit went down. Immediately had Jarod pick up the phone, scheduled me in immediately. Its Friday and had me scheduled Monday morning. Great on diagnostic service rate charge. I had called multiple highly rated HVAC companies previously, no one picked up or responded to my service call request, and lost opportunity to help. Give the little guys a chance, and they come through. Minuteman picked up and won my business, and quickly got me on the schedule. Minuteman will be my call moving forward for any needs. Thank you Jarod, and Tyson my service tech coming out quickly Monday to fix me up.
