What’s Covered?
Heating System Includes:
- Clean Flame sensing signal of gas furnace
- Check health and proper operation of inducing and blower assembly
- Check proper operation of safety switches
- Inspect all venting connections near furnace
- Check filter health and replace the filter if it is supplied by the customer
- Check for any other viewable failures within the system
- Clean p trap and drain system for condensing gas furnace
- Check for drain and condensation leaks in the mechanical area and drain system
- Check health and proper operation of burner assembly
- Check electrical connections on control board
- Check ignitor condition
- Provide an overall health assessment of the furnace
Cooling System Includes:
- Chemical cleaning of outdoor condensing unit
- Check refrigeration performance of system
- Check health and proper operation of the following:
- All controls
- Wiring within the condensing unit
- Filter health and replace if it is supplied by the customer
- Contactor in the condensing unit
- Evaporator assembly
- All contactors and relays
- Blower assembly
- Ensure no overcooling of evaporator
- Check for any other viewable failures within the system
- Provide an overall health assessment of the air conditioning system

We reach out twice a year during the maintenance season, calling once in the spring and once in the fall to set up your appointments.

On your scheduled service day, your technician calls when on the way and arrives in a marked Minuteman vehicle.
