This Air Conditioner and Heat Pump Service Plan Includes:

  • Chemical cleaning of outdoor condensing unit
  • Check for proper operation of contactor in condensing unit
  • Check refrigeration performance of system
  • Check health and proper operation of evaporator assembly
  • Health of all controls
  • Operation of all contactors and relays
  • Check health and proper operation of wiring within condensing unit
  • Check health and proper operation of blower assembly
  • Check filter health and replace filter if it is supplied by customer
  • Ensure no overcooling of evaporator
  • Check for any other viewable failures within the system
  • Provide an overall health assessment of the air conditioning system
  • Unit circuit / breaker maintenance in main panel of home
  • Finding location of potential refrigerant leak
  • Removal of any components other than those that need cleaned
  • Supply of a new filter
  • Recharging system with refrigerant
  • Blower motor or duct system cleaning

This is a basic heating maintenance plan through Minuteman Services. We will reach out once a year during maintenance season and offer to do an $89 heating system maintenance. Yearly maintenance is not agreed upon in this plan. We will only call once a year to see if you’d like to do maintenance. It is free to be on this list. The customers that are on the preferred or elite service agreement will be scheduled first during maintenance season. The maintenance price of $89 will be honored throughout the “maintenance season”. The maintenance season changes based upon weather. Maintenance scheduled outside of “maintenance season” will be subject to a higher maintenance rate. Any add ons (filters, cartridges, etc.) will be added onto the work order for the maintenance. This maintenance does not guarantee correct seasonal operation of the system, this maintenance allows us to catch small problems before they turn into big problems, as well as notify you of any weak components in the system. This maintenance plan covers 1 heating system.

It costs $99 billed annually, biannually, or monthly via a saved card on file to be on the list. This maintenance plan covers 1 heating system.
