CUSTOMER BENEFITS:

  • Never pay to replace the same part twice : if we replace a component on your heating system, and it fails on the same equipment, at a later time, we will cover the cost of the part and the labor to replace the part again. (Only covers premature failure, manmade damage to unit is not covered)
  • Same day service on heating system guaranteed if service call is initiated before 3pm Monday – Friday (excluding banking holidays)
  • 5% off any other heating or cooling equipment replacement
  • Free diagnostic of any other HVAC related service calls; we will wave the diagnostic fee for you when initiating a service call
  • $50 gift certificate to a locally owned restaurant for referring a customer to us that we do an equipment replacement or installation for

This Gas Furnace Service Plan Includes:

  • Clean flame sensing signal of gas furnace
  • Clean p trap and drain system for condensing gas furnace
  • Check health and proper operation of inducing assembly
  • Check health and proper operation of blower assembly
  • Check for drain and condensation leaks in mechanical area and drain system
  • Check proper operation of safety switches
  • Check health and proper operation of burner assembly
  • Inspect all venting connections near furnace
  • Check electrical connections on control board
  • Check filter health and replace filter if it is supplied by customer
  • Check flame pattern and visual heat exchanger health of system
  • Check igniter condition
  • Check for any other viewable failures within the system
  • Provide an overall health assessment of the furnace
  • Combustion analyzation
  • Removal of any components other than those that need cleaned.
  • Supply of a new filter
  • Cleaning of any components other than the ones listed above
  • Duct system cleaning

This is a basic heating maintenance plan through Minuteman Services. We will reach out once a year during maintenance season and offer to do an $89 heating system maintenance. Yearly maintenance is not agreed upon in this plan. We will only call once a year to see if you’d like to do maintenance. It is free to be on this list. The customers that are on the preferred or elite service agreement will be scheduled first during maintenance season. The maintenance price of $89 will be honored throughout the “maintenance season”. The maintenance season changes based upon weather. Maintenances scheduled outside of “maintenance season” will be subject to a higher maintenance rate. Any add ons (filters, cartridges, etc.) will be added onto the work order for the maintenance. This maintenance does not guarantee correct seasonal operation of the system, this maintenance allows us to catch small problems before they turn into big problems, as well as notify you of any weak components in the system. This maintenance plan covers 1 heating system.

It costs $99 billed annually, biannually, or monthly via a saved card on file to be on the list. This maintenance plan covers 1 heating system.
